- get to partake in fun events - interacting with consumers

- Hippeas internal team leaves much room for improvement - extreme lack of diversity and sense of fake kindness - highly disorganized scheduling: would get minimal notice for events - often times deliveries would be delayed and you were expected to work a full demo with limited stock
