Pros

Remote role Fairly friendly co-workers and managers Opportunity to get certified as an Epic analyst after x number of years Chances for growth within the company.

Cons

Pay is very unreasonable not the same as the market rate. Micromanaging and been made to do so much outside of your defined skillset. Always hiring new people because of low retention rate. Not enough training before been thrown to the wild. Very low benefits (health insurance & retirements)

Pros

Great to help you get Service Desk Experience. Everyday feels different.

Cons

Do not get all the access that a service desk technician would get, and is hard to move up to another technical position within the company as there are 150 SD analysts.
