Gain experience in a help desk role and that involves taking calls, creating tickets, performing troubleshooting procedures for end users. Hours are consistent and co workers were very helpful

Cons

More enhanced training and development during first three months from start date would have been preferred

Pros

Great to help you get Service Desk Experience. Everyday feels different.

Cons

Do not get all the access that a service desk technician would get, and is hard to move up to another technical position within the company as there are 150 SD analysts.
