Pros
Since beginning at HCI UK, I've been treated as a valuable member of the team and offered as much flexibility that can be offered to me around being a working parent. The UK Operations Manager is incredibly fair and fantastic to work for, he really cares about his team.
Cons
The company does feel a little top heavy. A lot of managers and people in advisory roles, whilst the team of people who do the bulk of the work and day to day operations is small and at times strained from the work load.
