Constant overselling of capabilities to get clients to pay and then the work is done by very junior recent college grads who are very smart, but have no real-world experience and are under very strict limits on the amount of time they can spend on a project. This is because once the client pays, then the project is staffed and managed to the absolutely lowest cost possible without sufficient regard to the quality of the work. As a result, few clients return, and few clients give positive referrals or recommendations.
