      Pros

      Good level of cooperation between employees. Experience from multiple business sectors. Many professional challenges to overcome and improve yourself. Good clientele.

      Cons

      Bad management. Not clear business strategy. Inability to take important decisions swiftly. You are supposed to do your job with no moral reward but if you happen to make a mistake they blame you for everything that is wrong in the company.
