Communication about changes that effect employees could have been better.

The environment is welcoming and conducive for friendship and professionalism.

The management sabotage their employees with silly enforcements that they pick and choose to adhere to. They also don’t provide supplies or support equipment as needed. Some management also play favorites or are flat out not equipped to take charge when they need to.
