Pros
Manager is laid back, as long as your work is good quality. Tiny company - only 3 people currently, including me.
Cons
Pay is low versus other comparable positions. They won't take me on as a full-time employee, even though I work more than full-time hours and contribute as a full-time analyst. "Maybe next year if the business is doing better." I get it, but that's why I'm looking for work elsewhere.
