Pros
The number of women in leadership roles is impressive. There are opportunities for advancement, and benefits are competitive.
Cons
Sector leaders and managers are very cliquey. My experience with the company was good until my contract was moved under a certain sector. It has a “Mean Girls” vibe. My supervisor lied on several occasions and there’s really nothing you can do in a situation like that so I left the company after not being able to find a position in a different sector.
