    I worked at Goldman Sachs

    Pros

Working with the most talented people, which means you have the best way to improve yourself rapidly. Curiosity and innovation is the core of company culture. You have to face new things every day. Fast learning skill is a must.

    Cons

Hierarchy, just as what people heard before. No balance between life and work.

I worked at Goldman Sachs for less than a year

    Pros

Lots of exposure to top deals / transactions. Learned a lot in only 10 weeks.

    Cons

Long hours. Definitely more hierarchy than they claim but GS people are among the best you can ask for in banking
