      Pros

      The clients were the absolute best part of the job. Some other pros included a few great co-workers and flexibility.

      Cons

      Pay is extremely low. The building is dirty and unorganized. Administration is extremely unorganized and does not communicate effectively. Clinical quality is lacking.

      Pros

      GoldStar is a wonderful atmosphere surrounded with great hearted people that make a difference everyday.

      Cons

      The only con that I have ran into is the lack of awareness this company receives for the work that they put toward making this world a better place.

      The clients, that is literally it

      Cons

      Horrible management, awful communication, consistent over-working, and some higher staff clearly have their own mental health issues that are not being tended to. This workplace will crash and burn in a matter of years and I grieve for the clients who rely on these programs
