      Not one that I can think of.

      Cons

      Terrible pay. Only 4 days off a month. Bullying happens very frequently there and nothing was done about it. The manager was awful and extremely careless. Worst place I have ever worked. I noticed a terrible atmosphere in the place since day one.

      Good people to work with, most of the managers are exceptional as well.

      Cons

      The pay. Several other thoroughbred industry employers are beginning to offer competitive benefits and higher pay.

      Great benefits, decent base pay level for a groom, beautiful locations, great company supplied uniforms

      Cons

      Very low raises, overworking staff, selective bonuses and performance raises
