1. Toxic managers & TLs; co workers who has no boundaries, wants to know and comment about how you look, what you eat & how much you have gained weight . They Body shame you like its their business. 2. No actions will be taken on toxic managers 3. Lowest salary starting from 3 L. 4. No job security as most of the projects are partner based. partnerships can end anytime and they dont have any in house functions 5. No access to upskilling 6. Unable to recognize loyal employees , people who don't know how to work can thrive here without even having knowledge 7. No snacks / food. 8. No cab facility 9. No WFH 10. Senior Employees bully new joinee 11. Most of the employees who are working here are related , they are in the mindset of government employees . work no work nobody sees
