Pros

Good solid FTSE100 company with a values based culture. Corp HQ with a good range of facilities from gym to restaurant

Cons

Pharma heritage can lead to slow decision making. It is a company where employees stay for their careers

Advice to Management

Take calculated risks in areas where it is appropriate. Think about talent attraction and retention

    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

It's a good place to work as people are generally friendly and helpful.

    Cons

Lack of career progression unless you're one of the "select few" or from Grad programmes or SuperStar employee. The company tends to look after their own first, creating roles for people to keep them rather than roles that are really required. It is one of the few MNCs that I have worked with that had more Directors than employees......many Directors that have the title but no direct reporting lines......it's waste of $$$$$
