      Pros

      Gigglebug has a great work culture, with good work-life balance. Despite suffering from the usual issues animation companies face (tight deadlines, chaotic productions, though clients), the studio tries it's best to improve with every project and to keep the employees happy and with balanced workloads.

      Cons

      Production workers usually have lower salaries and a very heavy work-load

      Very nice colleagues nice projects

      Cons

      Unreliable promises from the leadership, disrespect of workers when making big decisions regarding future employments, not keeping their word regarding decisions already made, blurry wording, dubious conditions, you can never be sure if your contract ends or would be extended last minute, no timely notice on all that regardless of the fact many employees are from other countries and need this vital info for their residence permits, etc.
