I get to learn and also grow in my work environment. I love my job because it gives me room to grow and also learn from my mistakes. I look forward to going to work every day because I see my team as family and I am also treated as one. Everyone is very respective and also when help is needed all you need to do is ask and someone will assist you which is awesome. I get the opportunity to learn, develop, grow, and also share my knowledge which is great.

No cons because in the work environment mistakes are made but so far as you learn from it that's the most important aspect.

GetSet helps students develop a growth mindset to help them cope with adversity, so that they will keep learning and trying. The people I've worked with at GetSet live that principle. They are supportive, encouraging, and concerned about producing quality work. It is a learning organization where people are encouraged to learn from mistakes and do better next time. It is an organization that challenges its employees to grow and supports them in the process.

GetSet is a small, but growing company. The benefits are not as generous, and the policies are not as clearly established as would typically be the case for a larger organization. As the company grows some things are changing and will likely continue to change.
