Pros
They’re are a select few that are very trained and organized and treat people right making a living for their families and themselves. It is like family when you work there as you work 70-80 hours a week.
Cons
Very disrespectful to Veterans, do not listen to employees all they care about is their money. Liars and threats daily, no job security and the fact the management tells everyone every morning Americans are lazy and Albanians do all the work. They only go by who they like and do not like. So it’s best to try and be buddy buddy with management or you will be fired. If the management doesn’t like you they make fun of you and critizse every move you make. Even if you work hard and you do everything right they don’t care unless they like you. I find it very sad they treat their employees this way as none deserves to be treated as such.
