Sometimes work from home is allowed as per the project.
Cons
1. No Job Security. Once you are on bench and have a good package you won't get any project as they don't want to keep you once their requirement is completed they will put you on bench and then remove you. 2. Management is the worst. Even your manager won't have idea about you they won't reply you on teams or mails. They will tell you to search project on your own by messaging people on teams. 3. Don't join this org unless until its too necessary.
