Administrative Assistant - Anonymous employee Genesis Communications Employee Review

I've never experienced a worse management/ownership team in my life. They treat employees as a nuisance who should feel lucky to even have a job. No concerns were ever addressed. Kindness and politeness were non-existent, let alone appreciation. They berated employees and talked down to them constantly. Never seen anything like it in my life. I placed the keys down and walked out after 7 months- something I've never done in my whole career.
