The pros here would be the paycheck, that’s not much one could say other than getting paid. The other pro would be a day off, if you get one.

Management changes like the weather Japanese investors with German project management who hate each other Terrible benefits program Clicks, buddy system very cut throat environment Long hours No climate control No procedures followed No funds to hire the needed resources to perform the job at hand properly Morale is terrible... has to be one of the worst in the area. Employees have no hope or motivation to go the extra mile. Foreigners don’t speak to the locals Terrible environment
