Cons
There is no interest or opportunity for real engineering. Don't let them sell you on working here as a real product engineer. There are no products in the traditional sense of the word. Every development timeline is extremely short and the projects are expected to be shoved out the door without any serious DFM, optimization, or any real polishing. I would advise anyone with any real experience in hardware development to look at other opportunities. I unknowingly took a step back in my career coming here and often regret it. Now I only look forward to accumulating more equity like most other hardware engineers here so that we can eventually move on.
