Conflicting directives given by management by people with not much education on the information needed to do the job effectively. Expect to be uncomfortable for the duration of your shift, as the job requires you to stand in one spot on hard ground in dress shoes for hours at a time. Management was often very rude to workers and customers, sometimes even getting into vocal and public arguments.
