Pros

Before I was laid off, they had good maternity/paternity leave and some nice benefits like Talkspace and Classpass. They also had tuition reimbursement up to $5k/year. There is a lot to learn about the corporate world here.

Cons

They laid off most of their scheduling team and reassigned their duties to the client service associates. Turns out, they need a scheduling team… so they laid off the rest of the stateside scheduling team and outsourced to India. Mobility within the company is almost impossible and I think highly driven by super woke internal politics. Despite a robust parental bonding leave, they do not value parents, or women. For Women’s History Month they are celebrating by hosting the CEO of a weight loss company - take that as you may. They want fresh grads they can take advantage of because they won’t question poor work life balance.

Pros

Amazing people - lots of reviews say that because it's true. You'll work with smart, genuine, hard working humans. Good benefits and perks. Interesting events and opportunities to learn. Overall, a good place to start your career!

Cons

Very fast-paced environment which definitely isn't for everyone. Lots of necessary change.

Pros

People at the peer level are great and you learn about some interesting industries

Cons

This is the worst place I have ever worked. Management does not care about you. They put on a front, but push and push and ask for more no matter how hard you work. You can be a top performer, but if you leave on time to go home they're not happy. It's never enough and the work never ends. It's just not worth it.
