Opportunity to move within company unlimited PTO (when you can use it) Great people lots of networking opportunities
Cons
Leadership keeps trying revamp systems without giving anything long enough to work. You’ll spend 1/2 the job relearning workflows every 6 weeks. They give you so much workload you have no down time to process and give attention to detail because you’re constantly managing 5 different things. Middle management means well but are often people who’ve worked here for years and are not as familiar with the weeds if your work.
