Pros
Genuinely none whatsoever. A really awful experience from start to finish, and am thoroughly convinced the positive reviews have been written by the company's own management team.
Cons
Poisonous environment, bullying/blame culture, managers with zero experience of people management and a extremely high turnover as a result. Opt for a call centre instead; the work will be much the same but you will be infinitely less miserable.
