I’ve really enjoyed working here. There are great opportunities for growth, both professionally and personally. Leadership is supportive, and I’ve felt encouraged to take on new challenges and expand my skills. The company has been growing the past few years, and it’s exciting to be part of that journey.

With growth comes growing pains — things aren’t always perfectly smooth, and there have been times of change and adjustment. That said, leadership seems committed to improvement and learning from those challenges.
