Cons
Management is rude, lazy, inconsiderate. Requires new employees to sign a contract that if employment is terminated for any reason prior to 1 year employment, the employee must repay large portions of training expenses (hundreds of dollars). Management doesn't want to deal with issues in a positive or proactive manner, instead they will be sneaky and passive aggressive.
