Company is more worried about their "look" than the safety of its employees. Provide sub-standard equipment and do not allow employee to purchase proper equipment. This company is way behind in the industry standards of providing safety and security to its clients and employees. That shows in using revolvers (that are not manufactured anymore) to using target ammo for its duty ammo. Flex officers work many hours and constant schedule changes. Post officers do well with schedules.
