- We hire smart people. - We are all trying our best. - Everyone has good intentions. - I believe leadership sincerely cares about work/life balance.
Cons
- Forecast is consistently off the mark so there are layoffs about 2-3 times per year. - Lack of a clear, cohesive, actionable vision or purpose. - Executive leadership is completely out of touch. - Focus is on margins. Employees either have over a decade of experience or less than a year of experience. There is no in-between. - It is not a fun place to work. Most experience people are trying to leave.
