The model is good. The teaching assistants are the senior batch members who take the doubt session of the junior batches at the end of every day. That way seniors can do their revision and juniors can learn.
Cons
Their is no proper monitoring of these sessions. Sometimes students dont come in meetings and seniors may also give false ratings to students.
