6yThank you for taking the time to share your review, we're so very sorry that your experiences so far at Frontdesk have been less than you expected. Your feedback has not fallen on deaf ears. We have begun partnering with local security firms to eliminate exposure to potentially unsafe situations and ensure the safety of our employees. If there are additional issues we would appreciate hearing more, so we can properly address them.
