Tell you how great the company is doing while spending millions on new additions to the company making the employees feel it is an advantage for them when it only serves the owner. Tell you that they don't want to fire and want you to retire from the company which is BS. No sense of conservationism's but much Liberalism. Sorry to see a great company go down the tubes!
