      - Good, helpful editorial team - Opportunity for growth is high if you are worth your salt - Weekends off was, for me, a big plus - Decent work life balance

      Cons

      - Cautious at every step, thereby missing out on a lot of good opportunities for growth - Senior management is slightly stuck in a time warp - Harsh working hours for a few teams - Not a great work environment for women
