Pros

Work from home is available which is amazing. Pay is pretty good for entry level.

Cons

The equipment they give you to work from home doesn't work, I ended up having to be on site full time because no one would help me with my equipment. The environment isn't professional at all, the management sucks and don't focus on the things they should be focusing on. They count the tiniest things against you, even if it's not your fault. Sometimes the pay wouldn't come on time. The pay would come a day or so late which is not fair or reliable at all. You're also not allowed to do anything except wait 30+ minutes for a call. The place I worked at specifically felt like high school. There was so much gossip and anything you shared about your personal life to management got around. The managers would be talking to other employees that were their friends for an hour every morning and they wouldn't do their job but would get upset when someone else isn't focusing on their job. A lot of hypocrisy, immaturity and non-professionalism.

Pros

Work at home is the only pro

Cons

The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
