      Having a job. Meeting some really great people. Learning opportunities.

      Cons

      Smoke in mirrors, they say they are employee-focused, but just told us that effective 1/1/24 there will be NO PAID HOLIDAYS for 2024. I've been bounced from campaign to campaign. Poor training. Poor setup.

      Work at home is the only pro

      Cons

      The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
