Pros
The company atmosphere is very friendly and wellcoming. Everyone is opened to answering technical questions so there are many oppotunities to absolve new knowledges.
Cons
The company is ran very tightly. Both directors do not have time to properly evaluate your performance. Without regular evaluation of staffs, it is difficult to gauge your worth to the company. As a result, it will take awhile till they offer remuneration suited for your skill and experience.
