Pros

Good products - specifically Next Generation Firewall and SASE.

Cons

Toxic leadership - if you are an Inside Sales rep, you have to create a weekly report of all the activity you did over the course of the week (quotes you built; what you covered in your 1:1's with your field reps; what education/learning opportunities you've been exploring, etc). It's the highest level of micro-management I've ever seen in my professional career.

Excellent company to work for. Great resources. Future is bright at Fortinet

Cons

The only down side is the pay for an enterprise sales rep is low compared to industry average.
