I am sure there are good teams within the company, But the HIL team (Roush9) is not one of them. Plenty of Yes men to suck up for the boss. If you enjoy doing this you might like it here. Unorganized, with extra bureaucracy, Heavy all toxic environment, This team is more focused on band-aids and quick fixes to present findings to upper management as opposed to building a solid foundation with repeatable testing. The company reports it is the most ethical and makes you take company training every year and encourages people to " Speak up" the people that do speak up, are the ones they get rid of. So that the LLs can get perfect PULSE scores and receive higher bonuses. The company also reports they encourage movement in the company. This HIL team blocks everyone from leaving.
