Incredible Experience - IGNITE Engineer Flowserve Employee Review

Working with Flowserve within the IGNITE program has been an incredible opportunity to develop as an engineer and a leader. There are ample opportunities for professional development and unique experiences for a young professional, such as networking with the Executive Leadership Team and CEO within my first 4 months of starting. Outside of professional and engineering development, I truly believe the people working at Flowserve are incredibly kind and supportive - I am constantly met with people eager to help me learn and to support me on my projects. I would like to commend the organization surrounding this program and the support received for moving/relocating as well. Compensation is competitive and I feel well taken care of.
