      Pros

      It is truly a global corporation, giving the chance to anyone to work on an international environment.

      Cons

      The company doesn't have anyone at the senior management level that knows anything about the business. The erratic behaviour of the board of directors undermines any initiative coming from the emloyees.

      You get to work from home.

      Cons

      Poor management. Will be micromanaged horribly while your work load increases. Managers talk down to the employees. Terrible moral.
