Pros

Cool idea.. thats all they have going for them.

Cons

- The CEO is 20 years old. He knows nothing. - The COO is an yes man who does what the CEO wants. - Bills don't get paid. The CEO does not like paying vendors any bills. The trickle down effect of this is disastrous to the front line folks. i.e Flight Car(FC) works with body shops to fix the damage that happen to the rental cars. CEO does not pay the vendors -> the vendors don't fix the cars -> owners of the cars are pissed off because their cars are not ready to get picked up. Any new cars that are now damaged are queued up in the station as the body shop will not accept them as they have not been paid yet... - Damage team does not pay the owners of the damaged cars. The 1,000,000 damage policy is a scam, this means that the FC's insurance that it offers guests is just a scam... Flight car self insures the cars so they have even less inclination to pay for damages, most of the time they will claim that the damage is wear and tear. - Severely understaffed. 1 person is expected to man the new stations 24/7... forget the station, every single aspect of the company is understaffed. This means that when I am working at the lot, I am cleaning the cars, moving the cars, greeting the guests and checking out the guests. I have to literally run around. I do this and so does every one on my team. - The working conditions are terrible. In SFO, we have not had a working bathroom for over 1 year. The bathroom breaks all the time, me and my friends have to run to the gas station to use the toilet. Even when the toilet works, the employees are required to clean the toilet as the company is too cheap to hire a janitor. - No one enjoys their job, this means that no one really works hard, this means that the few hard workers that are left on the team are doing majority of the work. - In the last 6 months, my paycheck was late 3 times. I didnot get paid 3-4 days till after the pay day... I almost was not able to pay my rent. - High turn over rates. Every week there is someone quits. The company cannot replace the people leaving fast enough. - No benefits, cheapest possible health plan that covers nothing, no dental, no vision, no bonuses, no 401k, no snacks/drinks, no gym.. basically no perks.

Pros

The one thing that they did right was hire people who would have been willing to put the extra effort in to make this company great. I say would because we soon realized that this company was a joke.

Cons

To make things simple, I'll just go down the list. 1. The CEO is an arrogant little 20 year old who could care less about the employees outside of the management team. 2. Policies did not exist. Every 1 - 2 weeks, the policies would change based on the CEO's whim. 3. Staffing was a nightmare. Every location, excluding Boston, San Francisco, and Los Angeles had 1 or 2 people working there. Customers would show up and half the time, their wasn't anyone there to receive them. 4. The staff was forced to work in less than sub-par working conditions (i.e. wires everywhere, 10 year old refurbished laptops, inconsistent restrooms, I could go on) 5. Lack of security. San Francisco location had a huge lot that housed a good amount of cars and they did not have a lock or camera watching those who entered and exited. Cars have been stolen. 6. There wasn't protecting user information. Anyone will ill intent could have released personal information. 7. Low pay, high expectations 8. Lack of transparency
