Fjorge is a company that in recent months began again to move in a direction of growth. They continue to improve on the clientele while staying true to working on diverse projects. The dev teams/pms work well together in the office.
Cons
The leadership team mentioned in the previous reviews are accurate. The issue that continues to persist is the toxic communication coming from the leadership team. Though mentioned that it was addressed, it seems that nothing has been communicated to any of the employees. The behavior demonstrated by the leadership team members continue to be toxic, negative, and unprofessional. The other concern with the negative environment and dialogue reside in that this has been going on for some time with no changes in sight.
