- You'll be around a team who does things properly and cares about what they are building - Lots of opportunity for climbing up the ladder if you want it (I went from Eng, to Senior to Team Lead over 5-6 years) - Solid leadership, especially CTO Cristian and CEO Limvirak (rare breeds) - Lovely people not only in the Engineering team but the wider company too - The Fixter values really drive the work that is done (e.g. Say it, do it, own it - Either win or learn) - Positive culture with radical candour, the beat idea wins regardless of who says it - Inclusive culture that accepts all kinds of people from all kinds of backgrounds

- No 4 day work week (as far as I know)

A very open environment to express ideas and to grow Lots of help and catchups to ensure teams and individuals are happy Fully remote work as engineers and a good work/life balance
