      If you are good at buttering, you will be successful here.

      Cons

      Un-professional & ill-mannered Employee, Founder & Management No pre-defined policies. They believe in hire & fire concept. No leave policies. The founder is useless person busy in raising fund. That's the only motive of this startup. Worst management you will find here. Don't waste time working here for a single day.

      Can be a bit stressful as the processes aren't set properly or aren't followed. Work can come from ten places and would need priority
