Getting used working in high stress enviroment,required to lear new web marketing technologies fast

Cons

No clear feedback on productivity and performance requirements and on employee contribution,lots of back stabbing between employes,job assigments change in nature on hourly bases during the day,no clear option for advancement inside the company

We apologize that you felt that you didn't have clear feeedback on your performance. All of our new staff members get a 90 day review after their first 3 months with First Beat Media. After that, we have quarterly reviews every 3 months in addition to an annual review in November.

Transparency, organization, internal documentation, clear expectations and task distribution. Skilled dev team eager to assist onboarding and help you acquire knowledge.

Cons

If you're learning-oriented and want to learn, the pacing can sometimes be a big tough to follow. However, you'll have colleagues that will help you along the way.
