      Great team members and managers Non-micromanaging

      Cons

      If upper management wants you gone, you are gone. Even without enough reason. In my case, my manager and supervisor were praising me but when upper management wanted the Filipinos gone, we were terminated.

      Pros

      Remote first company Once out of operations you really manage your own time.

      Cons

      Excessive Workloads Poor choice in Team Leads Don’t get sick and if you do pray it doesn’t last longer than your FMLA 12 weeks because they will fire you! Even after 8 years of employment. Even when it is documented that they are responsible for the health issues caused by burnout!
