Cons
They will not let you learn. All the major works are done from U.S. You only work there as a support. They will keep telling you about your good work and encourage for more. However you will only be disappointed if you expect a good reward for the good work. Moreover, they hire wrong people for wrong profession. For example, they have students from economics background for all their product analysis profile, which is a software development profile. Hence, you can understand the quality of work they produce. Consequently, one of their major clients left them lately. Also, as long as I was there, the company was not ISO certified. It is a very small company with gradually decreasing employee base.
