Pros

- Unlimited PTO. However, it's essential to plan your time off well in advance due to the scheduling constraints. - Mental Health Day - Office Lunch and Dinner - Overall a good company you can improve your skills if you have a good manager.

Cons

While the company has its merits, my experience in the QA department was disappointing. - If you don't speak Russian, you won't feel welcomed in this department. - Manager's approach was disheartening. Instead of acknowledging achievements, employees were often viewed as mere machines, leading to a lack of motivation and job satisfaction. - Manager is rude and does not listen other ideas. Only truth is her idea.

Pros

I’ve been at Findigs for a year and a half and can confidently say it’s the best place I’ve worked. There’s an incredible mix of challenging, fast-paced, and meaningful work, paired with friendly, laid-back, and genuinely caring people. Leadership at every level is transparent and accessible - they care about your career growth and want to see each employee succeed. The culture is collaborative and upbeat. Everyone cheers for each other’s wins and roots for one another’s success. One of the most surprising parts of joining Findigs was how frequently I interacted with the leadership team. At many companies, leaders feel distant or siloed - but at Findigs, it’s the opposite. Leadership knows you by name, takes the time to understand your personal and career goals, and makes a real effort to support your growth. If you're someone who takes ownership, stays curious, and enjoys working toward something important alongside smart, kind people - this is your place.

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but on the sales team, expectations are high and the bar for performance is serious. It’s a great environment for self-starters, but it might feel overwhelming for those coming from more relaxed or slower-paced settings.
