      Pros

      Great team members. You learn a lot. Work from home. Health Insurance. Cobee flexible retribution.

      Cons

      Chaos. Lack of resources. Sales obsession with no team to assume the new projects. Peer review is mandatory and monthly review's results are never paired with decision making or actions behind them. It's like no one wonders why people leave, or complaints are dismissed. Absent or poor top management.

      A lot of holidays You control your own schedule Freedom to be creative Extremely open organization Horizontal management

      Cons

      Struggling financially Lack of leadership due to lack of official boss - employee relation You will have to carry a lot of dead weight from people doing almost nothing No consequences, either for good or bad
