      Mostly nice people, interesting journalism, great pension

      Cons

      Lots of good people are leaving, too much focus on collaboration means productivity is low, very hard to get promoted

      Pros

      Great company culture. Low-stress, but most publications are for the most part.

      Cons

      The pay is very low for all positions in the market. Even for publications. They loose talent because of this.
